Lost Access Pin / Gate Code
If you misplace or would like to change your access code, don’t worry—it’s easy to resolve:

Lost Key or Padlock
Losing your key or padlock is a bit more complex since we maintain a high level of security. Here’s what to expect:

Key Replacement:
A new key can be provided for £24. -
Padlock Replacement:
Replacement padlocks are available for £60. -
Call-Out Charges:
Depending on how urgently you need the replacement, additional call-out charges may apply up to £100. -
Time Frame:
In most circumstances, we aim to provide a new key or padlock within up to 7 days.
